While we make every attempt to keep our web site pricing current, our price schedule is subject to change without notice. We will verify pricing prior to shipping. Shipping is not included prices.
In order to provide excellent customer service, we ask that you inspect the shipped goods immediately upon receipt. If you find a problem with your order please contact us immediately. All returns must be approved by Kappa Medical, LLC and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
No returns will be accepted without a RMA#
Returns resulting from an error in our shipping will receive a
full credit and ground shipping refund.
Orders placed in error by customer must be returned within 30 days (customer pays shipping charges). Returned goods must be in original carton and in salable condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the shipping date.
Defective products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and
a replacement will be sent for defective goods.
Kappa Medical, LLC warranty liability shall in any event be limited only to the value of the goods sold and shall not include the right to damages for any other alleged consequential losses or expenses of any kind. The remedies provided are exclusive. Kappa Medical, LLC is not liable for any consequential damage including loss of profit.
